Home Healthcare in the Heart of Wyandotte County
Seeds of Hope was conceived out of seeing the needs that senior adults have. The majority of senior would love to stay in their homes instead of going to a nursing home if given a chance. So several years ago in July 2001 Seeds of Hope Home Care Service was born to help seniors with their day to day living. Such as helping Adult Protective Service organize homes for senior adults so they can continue to live in their home instead of the home being condemned and them being relocated to a nursing home along with this we also provide transportation for people to and from their doctor appointments and other private citizens.
In 2008, we received our Home Health Care Agency License. It is our desire to help as many senior adults as we can to improve their quality of life by supporting their emotional, physical and spiritual well being.
Seeds of Hope is a home healthcare agency in the heart of the Greater Kansas City area that is committed to providing loving care to the elderly. We are excited to accept various methods of payment. We exist to offer a comfortable level of independence for the elderly so they can remain at home. Doing so allows your loved one to:
